level 5, support parents and children to challenge discrimination

:dizzy: Okay probably going to seem silly here but I have a question/s

1) Support parents to challenge discrimination
2) support children to challenge discrimination

I know that within my team I can support them to challenge discrimination, through team meeting, reviewing discrimination, equal opportunities policy and our code of conduct. I have also created booklets on discrimination and inclusion. I can organise training when and where necessary and display the legislative acts in a folder with links.

I am working with children slightly younger than I'm used to under - 3's so therefore other than toys books and simple word phrases i don't really know how to help them challenge discrimination.

with regards to parents I can think of is organising, workshops and leaflets which I have carried out in the past :sigh::spin:

hopefully someone can spin some light in this for me pleaseeee!
