So i was asked to write an assignment on the theorists and theories
cognitive humanist behavourist constructivist social learning I have managed to write in a lot of detail about each theory, however i need to explain the key features of how the theories influence current practice - child behavior enabling environments practitioner interaction I have added how we use the theories in practice but need to include the 3 key features above. i am struggling so much with this assignment. any help would be appreciated, i have been doing this for 2 months now!! |

mine was by no means perfect but it might give you a starting point
An example of what I wrote for Constructivists Child Behaviour: Stages of development are part of the EYFS guidelines and give us as practitioners a guide to what types of behaviour to expect at what time, this allows consistent assessment and early intervention if issues become apparent. Enabling Environments It is commonplace to offer children access to everyday situations and objects, using familiar contexts to enable engagement. Practitioner Interaction Piaget’s original schema concept has been progressed by Chris Athey and practitioners use this identification of schemas to support a child’s learning and development. |

Hi Caroline-28. I am wading through this at the moment and have done so much research that I fear I am over complicating something which reads so simply in the Tassoni, E.Y.E level 3 text book. Really hope you have made progress, I daren't look at the next parts of this assignment- there is so much to do it seems a lot harder than the other 2 Assessments I have done! Good luck!
