last question of the course!!!
 

hi guys,
i have finally completed my level 3 apart from this last question and my head is frazzled!! -
outcome 5.1 and 5.2
write a detailed reflection on your own practice in supporting learning and development of the children in your care and describe how this will make changes to your own practice in the future?

can anybody just give me some pointers on where to start and what to include for this outcome please??

also, many thanks to anyone that has helped me get through this! it wasnt easy doing level 2 then straight into level 3 and have a new baby inbetween, but glad i finally got there!

From what I can see you need to evaluate yourself. What do you do well and why, what could you improve on and how? Look at yourself from an outside perspective or use a recent performance management session and look at the targets you discussed with your mentor, that kind of thing. Congrats on nearly finishing, and the new baby I hope you're both doing well :proposetoast:. I hope I've pointed you in the right direction, good luck :With love:
