I have been sitting looking at this for the last two days and just cannot get my head around it. Do I need to write about the data protection act and sharing information to safeguard children etc???:dizzy:

Yes and about your confidentiality procedures also documentation that needs to be retained by law for set periods such as child's records, PAYE, funders.
