Hi,
I need abit of guidance with 2 parts of a question please.

Q. Explain the factors that need to be taken into account when assessing children's development - confidentiality, children's wishes and feelings, ethnic and cultural background, disability or specific requirements, avoiding bias.

Could anyone give me some pointers around ethnic & cultural background & disability, with this one.
