Hi,

I have been set this essay, 'Manage quality in health and social and young peoples setting care or children and it stats 'how legislative and regulatory frameworks inform quality standards that apply to the work setting' and two other points. Am i right in think this is covering health and safety at work act, riddor, manual handling etc

I have emailed my assessor, but it takes ages to get a response and I have half started it, but now thinking I have gone down the wrong lines it does not actually state health and safety, just health. So think I have got it completely wrong.
