help!! unit 136 outcome 3 3.1 responsive communication

you should have a reading list from the college which gives loads of info on this!

no all I have is the list of the responsive communications!

thats poor can you not ask your tutor for some reading as this is a huge subject that they should be teaching in depth.

how did you get on with it.....what reading material are you using. I have been told there is a fab book on amazon only covers mandatory...but apparently well worth it.....
