Im so close to finishing my level 5, its driving me crazy, I am stuck on 2 question and I was wondering if anyone can help me pleeease!!!

Question 1
Critically analyse the move towards outcomes based services for children and young people and say if and how your practice reflects this model.

Question 2
Analyse how standards underpin service provision in children's care, learning and development in uk home nation (Wales).

Hi I'm on 139, but can help on 1.3 Critically analyse the move towards outcomes.

I was told this relates to Flying Start (wales) type organisations, if you google flying start or the equivalent english organisation it tells you what its all about, then you must give positive and negative views. So what does it do right and what does it do wrong. Hope this helps
