I am hoping to start my level 5 this month and I was wondering if there are any good text books.

I only started last month and was told to buy
'Leadership and Management in health and social care and children and young people's services' 2nd edition written by Joanne Mckibbin and Alix walton, its ok...but like ive said I also have only just started so havent got much use out of it yet! hope this helps :)
