TDA 2.1.. stuck on poster for transitions

Hi everyone, i am having a blank on where to start for doing a poster about transitions? does anyone have any ideas to get me started or anyone that has already done one to give me some advise? it has to include transitions that most children go through and some that only some children might experience.. and then include examples of how they might affect behavior... i just dont know how to put it into a poster format?

I'm stuck on this transitions poster too

How did you get on with this task? I'm trying to do it now and I just don't know where to start! Same thing, how do I put it into a poster? :duh:
