Help new to level 3

Hi i am new to this site and have just started my level 3, i am a childminder and i have got to write an explanation of how my own working practice can affect childrens and young peoples development, i feel like im goin around in circles.:duh:

How does what you do effect children? if you give them **** food how will this effect them? if you dont interact with them how will that effect them?
