CCLD FP OP 3.1 Promote children's experimental learning

Hi there, can anyone please help I am really stuck on this unit...CCLD FP OP 3.1.

1.2 Explain how children’s skills, development and learning is enhanced through active involvement in play and first hand experiences.

1.3 Explain the implications for a work setting of promoting experiential learning

1.4 Evaluate the role in experiential learning of:
Child initiated play
adult directed activities
