Shc 32 5.3 Show how to record progress in relation to personal development
 

I am wondering how others have coved this outcome.?

I have already had an apprasial which detailed how well I am progressing and the courses I will attend etc. I have now completed some of the courses and have took some whole task groups.

If I ask for another appraisal would that cover this outcome ?

I only had the one appraisal for this unit. To achieve this I wrote about how I felt that I had improved since I started the course, talking about what I knew at the start of it and how I felt I had progressed and what else other possible training I needed. It was more a reflective account of where I was when I started and where I was at the end.
