Hi
for cypop 4 (5.2) i looked at equipment that our setting has and identified strong and weak areas and then wrote about them such as how we could improve? buying new equipment, getting rid of equipment that wasn't used for certain reasons (equipment not age/stage app or broken) or rotating equipment that was not used frequent enough. Too much equipment (if there is such a thing). We are a packaway service so starage is a major difficulty for us but all staff can now pack a cupbaord full to the brim without spaces etc. We have a small garden area with not alot of products so how could we solve this, i came up with buying or using Morrisons vouchers to buy the big bucket shapes with handles on so that we could transport these into the garden area every now and then with bark, soil, shingle etc, getting hold of old tyres and using them for the children to step in and out of.

I also wrote about fine motor skills such as scissors, pencils, crayons, stickers etc.

think of your setting and identify positive and negative aspects and challenge yourself to improve areas that need to be improved
