help institutions agencies and services
 

I'm all confused on this one - day 2 of 8 hours study and not getting anywhere!

I know that institutions agencies and services help development but I have to say how by listing under each category. This is where i'm lost - what practice goes under what category eg:
is a setting a service,
is speech and language a service or agency
no idea what goes under an instituition
I know there are many more teams but I just don't know where to begin:duh:

please can anyone help
