I'm stuck on these two questions and was wondering whether anybody could help.

3.1 - Demonstrate a range of strategies for supporting learners with cognition and learning needs to develop learning strategies.

2.4 - Demonstrate ways of modifying learning activities to achieve incremental and lateral progression towards the intended learning outcomes for learners who are making extremely slow progress.

I realise that both of these questions are 'demonstrate' but my tutor wants me write about them rather than see me doing them, and I am rather stuck on what to do.

You can only write so much if it is a 'demonstrate' part.
Can you get someone to do a witness statement to backup your own answer. This means that someone other than your assessor has seen you do these as part of your work role :smile:
