Amazingly I Am Nearly Finished This Diploma But I Need A Little Help Please
 

The question is on CYP Core 3.5 outcome 2.2, Demonstrate how to build positive relationships with people who are involved in the care of children and young people.

Does this mean, parents, or staff within the setting or external agencies ?? if it is the latter, then I do not know what to write, as I do not deal with them.
If it is the first 2, then I have written a piece but it is not enough.
Any pointers would be great.

There are ..
- parents, carers, grandparents, child minders, foster carers, nannies
- colleagues, managers, supervisors
- visitors to the setting including advisors, inspectors & other officials
- other professionals eg. health visitors, therapists, social workers
