can anyone help me with the basic nutritional requirements of children and young people to ensure a balanced diet and meet government guidance. i have put down the eat well plate and outline the day amounts a child should have but my tutor wants to see more this is where am stuck so anything will help get me out of this brain freeze.:duh: |
i would create a meal plan for a week using the guidelines. maybe for a 9 mth old a 3 yr old with lactose intolerance and a 5 yr old then it shows your understanding
