help with understanding question
 

I have managed well so far with my level 5 but this question has me stumped!!

Lead work with children and young people to develop accessible information about service provision.

Lead child and young person centred assessments that focus on strengths and abilities to identify the support required.

does it mean to take charge with everything or am i reading question wrong!! please can someone help!!! I wanted to get it in before christmas.x

lead means to support the practitioner and the user ie child or young person through the process.

as a manager you are a leader and should create processes and an ethos that support the process and the staff
