Please help

I need to
Produce plans for two activities that will promote assertiveness, self-confidence and self esteem to enable children and young people to protect themselves whilst allowing for risk and challenge based on their capabilities
And my mind is a total blank!!:irked:

Any ideas will be greatly appreaciated

read the story about stranger danger, the nick sharatt book on little red riding hood good for rhyming and holding interest due to lift the flap, and then give the children hand held masks to reenact the story ask the children to change the story if little red riding hood had screamed at the wolf or shouted for help
