As I do voluntary work now(which I love!) was given the op to look at,do I just hand it back and say nothing or do I comment?:rotfl: :thumbsup: Should I be signing the vistors book each week?(I think so) but trying to keep my lips sealed!lol!

keep quiet on the first point unless asked for your input,which i feel they could do with all your experience. The second point you should sign the visitors book if you are not on the staff list. also check where you stand with public liability etc. etc.:muted: :muted: :muted: :muted: :muted:

In case you have an accident etc. whilst on the premises

Is the Operational Plan that bad ... or just needs fine tuning :D because ..like Patsy said I'm sure they'll ask your opinion (was that the sneaky reason they gave it to you in the first place?) when they know how much experience you have with them!!!

As to the insurance - I would just check in passing (so to speak) as the whether your groups policy is upto date...as I'm sure pre school's public liability usually covers volunteers/students and other visitors who aren't employed by them!
