Microwave Flower Drying

How to dry flowers in the microwave..... :wide-eyed

You will need:
A tub of silica gel crystals
A pyrex bowl
Flowers
A microwave

Put a layer of crystals in the pyrex bowl, put some flowers in and cover with more silica gel, cook on high for a minute at a time until dry.

You can get more tips on this at Silicasec and they also sell silica gel crystals.

Sounds like fun! :D

right well don't make me go DOH ... but are those little sachets you get in shoe boxes etc (that absorbs moisture ... yeah yeah I know :D) the same ?

think they'd do the trick? ... before I go blowing the microwave up :D lol
