ABC of positive behaviour
 

Hi,
I am typing up my well being and behaviour pack to send to my tutor and I've just noticed I havn't done the ABC of promoting positive behaviour. I now have a mind blank and cannot think of what this is. Could anybody set me in the right direction please xx:dizzy:

Hi i haven't done this optional unit and don't understand what ABC is we have a what to do about conflict resolution such as
Approach quickly and calmly stopping any hurtful behaviour - consider your body and facial language, put yourself in-between children, firm voice (not angry) "stop"- no hurting.

Don't know if this is what you are looking for i have six more parts to this if you need them
