this is probably so simple but how do the procedures in your workplace protect both the children and the adults dont understand what they want me to write about :fryingpan

child protection policy, health and safety policy, guidelines and training for restraining children, first aid training etc. just write about the policies in place at your setting and how they protect the children and yourself.
