Please help... not sure what this question is asking for :-(
The question is.... In what way might different types of abuse of power need a different response ? Therefore, what would you do if you suspect abuse, neglect or bullying ?
How does this fit into your workplace procedures ? Any help or pointers in the right direction would be great.. Thankyou :-) |
Ok... this is what i got back from my assessor about this question ....... Still a bit confused though as to what i need to write... Argh!!!!!!
Just answer this as one question. Abuse of power is about how people in positions of power can abuse this, as these standards cover more than nursery settings its about how carers can abuse disabled children, if you think about the recent panorama programme of abuse by carers. The children or vulnerable adult are reliant on their carer and can not fend for themselves. |
ok. i've now answered this one :-)
