Hi, i am a childminder and i have a voluntary assistant working with me while she finishes her level 2 CCLD I have just started my level 4 CCLD and have already hit a wall with one of my questions my assessor has given me. I have answered the first part but cant think what to put for the second part the question is why is it important to maintain any agreements with colleagues? (i have answered this bit) Describe what you would do if you are unable to maintain an agreement. (this is the bit im stuck on). I keep trying to think what i would of done when i was working in a setting before i became a childminder but my mind just goes blank :banghead:
