Silkysteps Links Directory?

Just wondering if and how Silkysteps members & visitors use the Links Directory?

I must admit I use it to build relationships with other websites and for SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) reasons rather than knowing how it used in practice !!!

Would be keen to hear your thoughts :D
