Help with 401 please......

Hello,

Am just about to start this unit and just need some help to get me started on the right train of thinking!

K4M746 - Relevant legal requirements and procedures covering confidentiality and the disclosure of information.

- I realise I need to cover the Data Protection Act with this question but just how much of the act do I need to include as it seems a huge document. Any other pointers you may have to help me I would be very very grateful.

thanks :) x

hi there and welcome to silkysteps, yes its trial and error and first you never know whether you have written to much or too little. Yes you are on the right tracks with this. i will send you a private message as had this unit passed off and you can see what i wrote to cover this. Remember the course is more about observations and personal discussions this can cut down the writing considerable - discuss with your assessor. and good luck with this. Sorry but the units get harder the more you get into it especially 403 it loads!!
