so so pleased. lets hope settings realise that to invest in their staff they need to SEND them to college to learn in a community of learning, with people from other settings and from experts. I really hope the apprenticeships schemes include compulsory class time and no short cuts. i despair at the level of input some learners get, doing it, is not good enough you have to learn the theory and application. :applause::applause:
