SVQ Level 4 CCLD Unit 404
 

Hi Can anyone help me with unit 404.

I am going round the bend with this unit I haven't covered any of it in previous reflective accounts therefore I don't quite know where to start.

Please help me to get a grip of it.

Hi there,

I don't think the knowledge will be a proble once I get my head round the reflective account.
Is the unit about my own reflection which I take from the standards or in relation to all the different things I do with the staff and children which is what I take from the book.
