just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for all your help so far. You guys have been amazing. Although I have only just joined I have been logging on for a while for help with level 3. It took me a while to sort out how you joined so here I am. Good luck to all taking level 3 an I hope we will be chatting soon.

Hi to you both I'm also new to the site however 6 months into NVQ level 3 and stuck!!! Found this site really useful so far! Hope all is going ok with you guys and if you have any words of wisdom on how to start a reflective account covering 309.1, 309.2 and 309.3 I would forever be in your debt!!! Been staring at a blank screen for the last hour!
