What next ?
 
Have done my level 2,3, & 4 wondering what my next move is...thinking about level 5 - is that the equivalant to the FD ? I'm a bit baffled as I hear the qualifications are changing ????:dizzy: I'm currently the full time supervisor of a pre-school, been here 7 years and looking for another challenge....what would you do ????

In the first year of the Foundation degree you will be awarded level 4 and level 5 in year two. This is not to be confused with an NVQ level 4 as that is vocational, and the foundation level is academic, so the levels are looked upon differently. You'd have to complete the full foundation degree to gain an FDA in Early Years.
