moving on from cypw.

I finished my level 3 in the beginning of 2012, I`ve now moved to another area of the uk so looking to start a new job and hopefully some further training, only P/T work so plenty of time to study, what would be the next best thing: degree, or something else? any suggestion appreciated.

Hi,
first of all, congrats on completing your level three.

From own experience and colleagues i will definitely advise to go for a degree or a foundation degree.
After my level 3 i was managing a setting, and i thought there is nothing else i can learn, because i thought i knew all that had to be learnt,
but i was so wrong, each level will challenge you and teach you so much,

so i will definitely say, go for it and you never know where you might end up.
An advisor, assessor, EYT......

Good luck!
