303 HELP how do I link my child observations to the preschool's planning?

Can anyone help me. im stuck on unit 303. (303.3.1)using an evaluation of an observation of an individual child, plan 1 week to encourage child's development. how does the plan you have created link back to your observation?If anyone can help me please me and i can let u see the observation im using.......Im now stuck in a big hole.......:banghead: :spin: :hissyfit:

Have you had any ideas or made a start on the plan ?

Would a .doc like the one attached help pinpoint areas in the observation to specifically planned activities ?
