Lighting, sound, layout and the creation of small spaces of the setting

Could anyone clarify what is being asked in question 4.2 Review evidence about the key factors that provide supportive speech, language and communication environment
and
4.3 Demonstrate how settings use the environment to provide effective support for speech, language and communication for all children

Do you reference what your setting does in relation to the key factors, and if so how does 4.3 differ?
Thanks in advance, I am going round and round in circles with these.

Hi, a warm welcome to the site, yes link 4.2 to the practice in your setting. 4.3 is a demonstrate criteria, something that would be observed by your assessor, so the difference would be seeing you in action, interacting and providing the support that you previously identified and reviewed xx

Factors and contributing to the maintenance of a positive environment that supports speech, language and communication on page 305+ of this level 3 handbook amazon.co.uk

Best wishes
