Explain how the processes used by own work setting or service comply with legislation that covers data protection, infor

Hi there I'm very new to this site and I'm not sure how to post an new thread.

Im really struggling with: Explain how the processes used by own work setting or service comply with legislation that covers data protection, information handling and sharing.. I feel like banging my head of the wall as i keep going around in circles.

Would so like someone to point me in the right direction.
Many thanks :banghead::banghead:

Hi, welcome to silkysteps :) this relates directly to your workplace or placement's practice/what they do.

You need to ask about how the information/data they hold is protected in the setting - locked & stored?, who it's shared with - parents, colleagues, other agencies, providers, ofsted if in England and how it's handled - kept for how long, destroyed, passed on?

ICO data protection principles

Best wishes
