Any pointers for this one, it's my second to last question then I've finished my diploma, I've just run out of brain thinking and struggling to put my thoughts into words and my internet is breaking up & there is no support for this in the book! Any advice on this will be gratefully received and I’d love to be able to help others.

i'm the same these are my last 2 and i am finished. wow they never mentioned when taking optional units how hard and alone you are with this one!!!! if i find out anything i will let u have it. mo1969.
