Could anyone tell me what information is classed as confidential.
Does it include name, address, medical records.
Please help

Children's records, their families/carers information

Empolyment of staff, whether unpaid or paid

Anything that a parent/carer tells you.
all multi agency talks/meetings.
Any sensitive information.
If a child has hurt another child e.g. biten a child you are not allowed to disclose the other childs name (can't understand that one because the child will tell the parents who had biten them).
Anything that happens within the setting.
Child protection issues (only allowed to share with the appropriatte people).
