Spotify policy changes mean children could give permission for contacts to be collected
 
If you have contact with parents whose children use the spotify app to stream music a change to their T&Cs policy means that the user could update their agreement to these new changes and grant permission for the following data to be collected directly from their device

Contacts
Emails
Birthdates
Photos
Files
Voice
Track an individual's location via the device's GPS
