Unit 11 contribute to the support of positive environments for children and young people
 

Im a bit (very) stuck on outcome 3.3 "explain how a positive environment and routine meet the emotional needs of children and their families"
and 3.4 "Describe the importance for physical and mental well being of balancing periods of physical activity with rest and quiet time"
Any help would be very much appreciated, only got this unit and one other then finished! yippeeee :smile:
