how laws and codes of practice promote pupil wellbeing and achievement
 
hi can anyone help me? i am struggling on how laws and codes of practice promote pupil well being and achievement. if anyone can help i will be so grateful.

Hi, this criteria is explored in the older STl level 2 handbook. If you search inside the amazon preview for the words 'achievement' scroll down the results and then click to page 82.

However please do get in touch with your tutor before researching the laws outlined in the book as some of the legislation has changed since it was published, for example Special Educational Needs and Disability Codes of Practice, the Data Protection Act is now GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) and Every Child Matters 2003 is now Help Children Achieve More 2010.
