Rights and Responsibilities - Help please...
 

Hi there, I am struggling a little with my newest assignment to do with rights and responsibilities. I have done about half of it, seemed to get a lot of questions on this one....

Explain how you could influence the quality of the service provided by
a) following best practice within your work role
b) Not carrying out the requirements of your own role

Describe how your own work must be influenced by National factors such as Codes of Practice, National Occupational Standards, Legislation and Government Initiatives
I really don't understand this one!

Identify 2 different representative bodies which influence your area of work and describe their role

Any help would be really appreciated. I am already late in handing this in :(
