Demonstrate how to work with others to review and prioritise own learning needs, professional interests and development
Hi everyone!
I've been using silkysteps to help with my research for quite a while now. What an AWESOME site  I'm studying Supporting Teaching & Learning Level 3 and am stuck on the following question: Demonstrate how to work with others to review and prioritise own learning needs, professional interests and development opportunities. Summarise, in approx 200 words, the roles of others and the value of their input to you. This may include: • the individuals • other carers • your supervisor, line manager or employer • other professionals Once you have summarised these, supply evidence to support how you have demonstrated working with others to review your performance. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank you  |
Hi, Im doing a home study course too and this question has completely thrown me. Sorry not helpful for you I know

Hi, using the information from pages 73+ and 115+ of the STL handbook you can examine what the roles are of everyone around you and consider how their position, knowledge and experience is of value to you.
• the individuals unique children, young people and adults that enrich your professional practice. • other carers information sharing, working together to benefit the child? • your supervisor, line manager or employer support, advice, guidance? • other professionals specialised source of information Evidence to show how you work with others to review performance could be any reports/documents from feedback sessions, inset days, professional reviews, self-appraisals, informal and formal conversations you have with class teachers and others in your school. Page 130 includes an example professional review meeting form Hth, welcome to the site  |
