Hi everyone
Please could someone give me some advice on these two questions still struggling to complete safe guarding doing my head in.
An explanation of why it is important to ensure children and young people are protected from harm within the work setting.
An explantion of policies and procedures that are in place to protect children and young people and adults who work with them.

for policies you have to name all the policies and procedures in place in your setting that safeguard children and adults such as health and safety, hygiene,safeguarding, child protection,manual handling,crb checks etc and explain what they are there for:thumbsup:
