Transitions. please help
 

I'm help struggling on this module and its my last module.
Would really appreciate if someone could put me in the right direction for this.

* Describe theories relating to transition.
I know this should include Bowlby and Piaget but I struggling to understand it.

*Explain why transitions should be gradual and at the child's individual pace.
