I completed my course in January and handed in my folder, i recived a letter to say i have passed the course and my cerificate will be with me very soon.

I have not recived it yet, i have called them to find out if they have got it and they said it will come it takes time. It has now been 9 weeks.

I have called CACHE and they have told me that its not been requested for i told my tutur/college and they said it has and are not sure why they are saying it.

Im getting tired of waiting now what is the hold up.

How long does it normally take? x

I know NVQ is 6wks!!

Thanks for the information. I have just got off the phone with CACHE again and they have told me that they have not sent over my grade yet, ive called college and they have told me they have.

I just don't no what to do. Its been so long :spin:
