Hi, im new to this site!

Im doing my cache level 3 and ive got stuck for the first time! If anybody can point me in the right direction for this question id be really grateful

4.1 Explain how own working practice can affect children and young people’s development

Does it mean ME or MY SETTING or something completely different??
