Fundraising
 
Painting plates,cups which are priced usually around 50p sell to parents for £3-5 poundS.
Recently wrote to local companies and got a huge response for wonderful prizes.:applause:

Why not have a whose photo is this. Pictures of staff,parents ,celebrities in days of their youth. A prize at the end and a small entry fee

Had a chuckle.... You could do this for a chosen charity.. get your customers to pass 'teenage' photos of themselves to you and charge per guess (or something ) from the others ....LOL :D

Should be fun after a tipple or two !!!

Treasure Hunt....children are sponsored to complete the hunt...we hand out pre-printed maps with items they need to hunt...excellent fun and good easy fund raiser....

Well I am now the offical fundraiser of another preschool so will be writing begging letters to lots of companies!!it worked well in the group where I will be deputy in September!

I wrote to 40 companies..and got 30 responses of a huge variety of things...from some excellent dressing up clothes from a factory that supplies BHS to a box of biscuits..we raffled off many things at xmas and made over £200...which was rapidly spent by staff lol....
we also did a fill the matchbox sponser which was a really nice one for parents to share with their children...and when u send out the letter make sure u write that its for different items,some smartiepants filled matchbox with glitter!!!!..

I wrote to lots of companies and got a huge response and now writing again on behalf of another group!! Pizza Express you can do on their web site!!:rotfl: A great fundraiser is painting plates with the child's name,cost 50p(Ikea) and then sell at £4-5 pounds!! You could also do mugs,bowls.
