Need help with a witness statement style example of how we uphold the organisations obligations for confidentiality.
 

Afternoon
I am currently trying to redo a refer for my Level 3 Diploma. Unit 6 question 10 and 11. Asking for examples to show how I have maintained the use of confidentiality with regards to personal records held at the school and how I would raise concerns if the child's records are incorrect. Please advise as I have never needed to do any of this and so I have no literal examples, especially not in a witness statement format.:SOS help
