Help - brain fried ...

This is the question I am on ....

"Demonstrate supportive and realistic responses to children and young people’s questions, ideas, suggestions and concerns"

I have things like consistency, honesty, being age appropriate, giving praise, good listening, body language, eye contact etc.

My addled brain just can't think of a situation that I can apply all this to - can anyone give me an example of what I might write about??!

Thank you in advance!

Lizzie

Hi, being a demonstrate criteria have you been able to check if it's one your assessor is expecting to see you perform when they next visit?

Responding to children's questions, ideas, suggestions and concerns does indeed involve being genuinely interested in what they're saying, being honest, consistent and using positive, age appropriate language. A reflective account of a time this has happened may help with evidence.

Best wishes
